The Human Resources Department is dedicated to the life cycle of employees. The department is responsible for recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, and also the exit of employees.  Members participate in union meetings and contract negotiations.  The Human Resources department also provides leadership and advice on matters regarding personnel management, programs, policies, accountability, and reporting.  The department is in charge of all employee and employee-related operations in terms of nurturing and supporting them and providing a positive workplace environment.
