Earlier this month, two MCHS students, Vivienne Forte and Evelyn Gonzalez, as part of Grundy Area FFA, participated in the Illinois (State) Envirothon competition and earned 3rd place! This was a team event where they listen to presenters and took a written test and completed a practicum in the areas of Aquatics, Forestry, Soils, Wildlife, and Renewable Energy for a Sustainable Future. Congratulations to the MCHS Varsity Baseball Team for winning the conference championship last night! They are 23-10 entering the postseason next week in Bradley. Coach Petrovic is so proud of the season they are putting together! #mchsproud

The Minooka Anglers won Sectionals for the third year in a row! Congratulations to Hayden Host, K.J. Driscoll, and Boat Captain Dave Barney. They finished first and second at sectionals and got both boats down to IHSA state. Best of luck this weekend as they compete for the state championship!
