Finding Books in the Library
Use the library's catalog Destiny, to find books at both Central and South campus. If a book that you need isn't available, let the librarians know and we have it brought to you from the other campus. We can also place a hold on a book that is currently checked out. As soon as it becomes available, we will save it for you to check out.
Both campus libraries' fiction collection is organized by genre and then Authors last name
If you're just browsing the shelves for a book, our non-fiction is currently set up with the Dewey Decimal System, which organizes books into categories. There are 10 main categories or classes, and those are broken down into small subcategories.
The Ten Main Classes are:
000 Computer science, information & general works
100 Philosophy & psychology
200 Religion
300 Social sciences
400 Language
500 Science
600 Technology
